All wedding rentals are for up to 32 guests (children included in head count) and include a 4 nights stay in our Hacienda, Vineyard and Bixby Houses which can accommodate 32 guests. All groups must follow event rules listed below. Certain dates require 4 night minimum booking, including holiday weekends and the month of August. Please reach out to schedule a site visit. Site visits are by appointment only and generally happen on weekdays.
De Tierra Events rules and restrictions:
Event must be paid in full, contract signed, for event to be fully booked and date secured.
Music must end by 10 pm. All DJ and Music services must be approved prior to event.
All weddings must have a wedding planner or day of coordinator.
All guests not staying overnight must exit property by 10 pm (no exceptions)
All vendors not on preferred vendor list must visit property during on site visit prior to wedding, planner or couple must be there for this visit.
All wedding packages must be paid in full at booking. For refund details see contract
Security deposit applies to overnight stay & guests, as well as event guests and event activities.
All ceremonies must take place on the Vineyard Lawn (adjacent to Hacienda House)
All dining and dishware items (excepting tables and chairs) must be rented.
Events may have a maximum of 32 guests (not including vendors and staff)
Included in event rental are tables and chairs for ceremony and reception dining. We may include up to 64 chairs (32 for each location) and up to 5 rectangular tables or 4 circular tables.
Additional items are available for rent a la carte.
